Since making whoopee became all the rage it's even got to the old bird cage

and my canary has circles under his eyes

I never thought He'd do anything wrong now he does snake hips all night long

his only pals are the meadow lark and just a tiny sparrow

but i'm afraid when he's in the park He leaves the straight and narrow

I've raised this bird in a manner so strict yet I've a feeling I'm being tricked

when I observe him it makes me think He must have taken to dope or drink

he was a good bid it doesn't seem right something keeps him awake all night

I sometimes think He's lived before and been reincarnated

maybe He's Romeo Himself or in someway related

I feed Him bird seed but then that denotes that bird seed must have been wild wild oats
